Executive Board and Plenary Assembly
Cyber Valley Executive Board:
The Cyber Valley Executive Board (CVEB) takes decisions on ongoing matters such as joint scientific interests, cooperation between partners, and Cyber Valley operations. It comprises three members who are elected by the Cyber Valley Plenary Assembly (CVPA): a representative of the Max Planck Society, a representative of the state of Baden-Württemberg and the universities, and an industry representative. The CVEB’s current members are:

The Cyber Valley Plenary Assembly (CPVA) takes decisions concerning the basic and superordinate matters and strategic interests of the Cyber Valley. It consists of the following voting-entitled members:
- 1/3 of the votes: State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts, and the Universities of Tübingen and Stuttgart
- 1/3 of the votes: Max Planck Society
- 1/3 of the votes: Industry core partners
The members of the Cyber Valley Plenary Assembly are representatives nominated by the partners who represent the votes of the partners (the number of members is not necessarily equal to the number of votes).
