Previous business or start-up knowledge or experience is not required, – nor do you need to have a specific idea or a team. 

If you have an idea that you want to grow into a start-up, then the AI Incubator program is for you! If you're in the early stages of founding start-up and want to bring it to the next level, apply to this program! Participants will collaborate and exchange ideas with each other, all while receiving insights from experienced start-up coaches.

IMPRS-IS students will receive 3 credits if they successfully take part of the AI Incubator program. 

We will organize a shuttle service so that all participants can attend the full day workshops.

Most of the events will take place in Tübingen and Stuttgart.

We’re looking for enthusiastic scientists, technologists, and business talent who want to explore entrepreneurship in the field of AI. 

  • Previous knowledge or experience in the business and start-up world is not necessary, – nor do you need to have a specific idea or a team. 
  • If you have an idea that you want to develop into a start-up, then this Incubator program is for you! Participants will collaborate and exchange ideas with each other, while receiving insights from experienced start-up coaches.  
  • Even if you do not have any research background in AI, robotics, or machine learning, but are keen to grow your business knowledge in this field, we’re happy to receive your application! 

The AI Incubator invites all:

  • scientists
  • researchers
  • technologists and/or business talent
  • PhD and postdoc students from the Cyber Valley ecosystem
  • anyone interested in exploring entrepreneurial topics around AI 

PhD students from the International Max Planck Research School for Intelligent Systems (IMPRS-IS) are encouraged to apply. They will receive 3 credits for successfully participating in the AI Incubator. 

Students from the CLS program and other universities are also welcome to apply. 

Even if you do not have any research background in AI, robotics, or machine learning, but are keen to grow your business knowledge in this field and explore the world of start-ups, we’re happy to receive your application!
